Hello everyone, I apologize for canceling the vote but I made a serious mistake: I failed to include the updated LICENSE and NOTICE files at the top level, which is mandatory for a distribution.
There are also minor problems, such as some files apparently missing the license header (they are on the ignore list and usually should not need one, but we should double-check). There were also some naming mistakes; they aren't truly blocking, but I made the error of renaming files, which invalidated the vote anyway.
