I verified the release candidate as follows:
- Downloaded apache-openserverless-0.9.0-incubating-src.tar.gz from
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/openserverless/0.9.0-incubating-RC7/
- Imported KEYS from
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/openserverless/KEYS and
verified the GPG signature: "Good signature from Michele Sciabarra (Apache
OpenServerless Release Key)"
- Verified the SHA512 checksum: OK
- Confirmed LICENSE, NOTICE, DISCLAIMER, README.md, CHANGES present at the root
- Checked for unexpected binary files: ran "task find-binaries" (no output,
clean), and manually confirmed no .jar/.psd/.odg/.class/.exe files are present
in the archive
- Ran build-and-test-ubuntu.sh on a clean environment: build completed, and
all 14 applicable test scripts (deploy, ssl, sys-redis, sys-ferretdb,
sys-postgres, sys-seaweedfs, login, static, user-redis, user-ferretdb,
user-postgres, user-seaweedfs, runtime-testing, sso-mock) reported SUCCESS
Non-blocking note carried over from RC5/RC6:
runtimes/experimental/python/v3.11cuda/Dockerfile(referencing CUDA/cuDNN) is
still present in the source tree. The image isnever built or published by any
task, and this was not treated as blockingin the RC6 PPMC vote.

Hi all,
RC6 included a javascript that while being apparently a source, should
be considered a binary.
I omitted the source for that, which was a mistake. I corrected this
error by moving it to a separate repository and excluding it from the
distribution as it is not currenly used. I also updated the licenses
and distribution files and the location of the KEYS file.
There are no code changes aside from that but we need to revote the
distribution for submission to the IPMC.
I propose the following RC to be released as the official
Apache OpenServerless 0.9.0-incubating release.
