hi @sciabarracom
I tested `ops ide deploy` locally behind a proxy, current ops fails at the
prereq check ("Repeat the login", the request to miniops.me goes to the proxy),
with this branch the same deploy succeeds. Bun does get the env vars. the
`apihost` just wasn't in `NO_PROXY`. Could you try this branch in your setup?
