- With HTTP_PROXY/HTTPS_PROXY set and NO_PROXY empty, `ops ide deploy` against `ops setup devcluster` (apihost http://miniops.me/) fails with "Repeat the login". - cause: ops sends the apihost request to the proxy. The proxy cannot reach 127.0.0.1, so the namespace lookup fails.
