If there's any reason why you would prefer to use the openstreetmap.de svn then you're welcome to do so and I'll happily create accounts for anyone working on/with josm-ng. It's not that I'm actively trying to get rid of the repository, I just think that generally the culture in OSM is that anyone can fiddle with any piece of software without asking for a myriad accounts first and I like that idea. josm.osm.de is a comparatively closed community with 5 developers or so.
