+Funding.. If exporting data to PDF is hard on servers, put a message that says: "The exporting service costs a lot of computing time, please donate to OSM to pay for this at the moment we have spent £2000 (link to costs) and received 5 pence in donations". I believe there are a lot of people that want this service, and many of them can pay for it..
