So you intend to basically have one entry in the tag_values table for every street name, place name, shop name, and every "note=i'm not sure whether this is 100% right someone fix it please"? Or did I get something wrong? I'm not sure that would gain us a lot. Typos can be fixed with our current system as well. I think normalized tables are sooo 80s.
