Simply because there was an offer there, and not a request by me.I'm always open to other solutions, this one was not really a concious decision, and not intended at all to go behind anyone's back. (As it seems that's how you feel about it?)
I'm simply collecting possibilities for the way forward. I'm also discussing the possibility of using the tileDataServer from OJW, although there might be issues with the dataset size returned.
