You have changed the tile information page that used to reside at <http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Tiles/info.php?x=2126&y=1327&z=12> ? It is now <http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/details/tile/12/2126/1327/> and does not include the request status anymore. Will that return?
