Besides the fact that this is a 4GB box with both MySQL and Postgres running, as well as Apache/Ruby, in addition to making the minutely Java-based osmosis dumps? Ahh, and serving the planet files of course. And various people (infrequently) doing database work there. No, I don't see a reason to not run one more daemon :-).
