Ah OK, it was not obvious. Thanks for pointing me at the sqlite patch
again. I know you mentioned it a few weeks ago but I was too busy to
look at it at the time.
The changes seem OK and I'll probably apply them after doing a few
sanity checks. There are a few bits of common code which should be
really be factored out of the sqlite/postgres files but that can be
cleaned up later.
Congratulations of being the first person to add a new output format. I
tried to design the code so that it should be straightforward to add new
output formats but the current code has become very focussed on
PostgreSQL.
