Hi! I've just updated to SVN 1223 (build it my own) and can't reproduce this bug. However, I've noticed a different bug: some (boolean?) preferences are not saved correctly. If you e.g. enable wireframe view in the Edit menu, you can't switch back to mappaint view. @Dirk: Could you have a look at this (probably caused by the changes in Preferences.java in SVN 1222)?
