Harald, first thing I would do is link to the hosted version. Simply replace:
<script type="text/javascript" src="/OpenLayers.js"></script> By <script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.openlayers.org/api/OpenLayers.js";></script> on the http://keepright.ipax.at/report_map.php page I can see from examining your openlayers.js that your file is at revision: OpenLayers.VERSION_NUMBER="$Revision: 6819 $" While the stable hosted version is at: OpenLayers.VERSION_NUMBER="$Revision: 8012 $" Are you using standard functionality?
