As you can see here andnav seems to allow 'null' tags. I'll add this to the OSM fixer scripts so it will get removed. Likewise for stuff like this: http://openstreetmap.org/api/0.5/node/344020916 Most likely I'll run an OSM Fixer session today to get all the other "we love transactions, but can't use them" problems gone too.
