Or maybe the winning lottery tickets each earn you points, and if you collect enough points you could request a feature: 10 points ... slight change in existing API call 100 points ... new API call 1000 points ... new database engine That would surely boost SOTM attendance don't you think? We would of course make sure that only 999 points worth of tickets are printed.
