Is OSM actually looking for getting a route planner on it's main website? If so, the I happen to know a project that does webbased routing and is completely OS... but the interface and routing engine could use more work. So if the source code of Cloudmade's routing website is OS and the routing engine is OS as well, then I'm all for it.
