In short: Don't do that. The reason: Wikipedia uses sources for the geo data that are deemed unsafe by the OSM community and which might expose OSM to (unnecessary) legal risks. So don't import data from wikipedia to OSM - expecially not in a big automated manner - unless you talked with the people on the legal mailinglist and got a "go ahead" from them.
