I've been importing changesets in pgsql, but I wasn't parsing them via osmosis
first as I didn't think I needed to using the following command:
osm2pgsql -a -b 110,-50,179,-10 -s changeset.osc.gz
I originally imported an extract of the planet.osm file from the 1st of July I
created with osmosis.
However I think the database has nodes, not sure about ways etc, from areas
outside that bounding box.
For example the following node ids 437314943, 437313863, 437315655
I'm sorry I can't be more specific as I'm completely unfamiliar with pgsql.
