I'm using Osmosis to update my planet db, and I got a:
org.openstreetmap.osmosis.core.OsmosisRuntimeException: Unable to update
user with id 114479 in the database.
...
Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: duplicate key value
violates unique constraint "users_display_name_idx"
I checked the .osc diff file (20090719-20090720.osc) and found a lot by Rick
Rupp:

uid="114479" user="Rick Rupp" changeset="1868550">
But that conflicts with my entry for user with id 114479:

I might just be a bit daft here, but is this a problem?
