When I retrieve Wiki pages via wget I get a confusing bunch of characters:

The funny thing is, that when I open the file in TextWrangler, the
page's HTML will be shown properly - every other way to show the file
fails. The default text editor or Forefox will just show the
inrecognizable characters.
To adjust request headers or output encoding will not work, too.
Every other website I have tried works as expected.
Does somebody know what is going on here? Some days ago everything still
worked properly.
