Sorry for confusing the relations. Relation 224459 should indeed produce an area or a report on its errors. Thank you for pointing me to that. In fact it missing relation revealed a larger bug in the system: no relation beyond 187000 is considered as a potential area. I'm at the moment trying to fix it.
