There's an empty statefile[1] which breaks osmosis:
java.lang.NumberFormatException: null
at java.lang.Long.parseLong(Long.java:375)
at java.lang.Long.parseLong(Long.java:468)
at
org.openstreetmap.osmosis.core.apidb.v0_6.impl.ReplicationState.<init>(ReplicationState.java:98)
at
org.openstreetmap.osmosis.core.merge.v0_6.impl.ServerStateReader.getServerState(ServerStateReader.java:95)
at
org.openstreetmap.osmosis.core.merge.v0_6.impl.ServerStateReader.getServerState(ServerStateReader.java:61)
etc.
Could the statefile be regenerated, or is there some other way to apply
that diff with osmosis?
