I have autoconf (GNU Autoconf) 2.63
and automake (GNU automake) 1.10.2

those macro errors seem to be common between new and old autoconf
versions when searching google. I'll dig into that.... though most
projects sheep with a configure.sh why doesn't your repo give that ?
