Hi Andi, No, it isn't with the rails schema.
However, this is what the Osmosis "simple" schema is for. It doesn't contain history tables. It is supported by the "pgsql" tasks instead of the "apidb" tasks. It also has optional geometry columns that can be populated to allow true geo-spatial queries to be performed.
