The JOSM SVN is embedded as external named core in the
JOSM-OpenStreetMap-SVN. This means the SVN from openstreetmap is the
master and the core only a part of it, where everybody would expect it to
be the other way round.
It's a bit disturbing I know, but works reliable :-) Ask whoever did it
that way, why he did it.
