I've made an investigation and definitely say that 41a123334bc75d17335e3f242b0243ddfd3e6389<http://git.openstreetmap.org/?p=rails.git;a=commitdiff;h=41a123334bc75d17335e3f242b0243ddfd3e6389>commit is the reason of this bug. Tom, could you please revert it or apply some patch?
