http://www.khtml.org/osm/v0.78/examples/relationcheck2.html Please zoom in (double click, mousewheel) on click to "load restrictions". That's an early preview. I never edited turn restrictions and I'm not sure everything is correct. Have a look and tell me if it's ok.
