We have experimented with complete translated map styles [1] as well as
different language overlays [2] but it's still not more than an experiment.
The Source for [1] is located at [3] and the Source for [2] is located
at [4] in osm-labels (labels without point displacement), osm-labels-poi
(labels with point displacement) and osm-no-labels (basemap).
