It would be very helpful for me to know, if anybody has the same issue: changesets are not applied:
/home/andi/.libraries/osmosis-SNAPSHOT-r24679/bin/osmosis --read-replication-interval /backup/downloads/osm/replicate/rlp/ --simplify-change --write-pgsimp-change database=rlp validateSchemaVersion=yes user=andi password=... host=127.0.0.1
This is /backup/downloads/osm/replicate/rlp/configuration.txt : # The URL of the directory containing change files. baseUrl=http://planet.openstreetmap.org/hour-replicate # Defines the maximum time interval in seconds to download in a single invocation. # Setting to 0 disables this feature. maxInterval = 0
