There appears to be a 32-bit problem with java on Windows where the
java runtime reports a spurious end-of-file indication to the reader,
which then assumes the file has been completely read. This occurs even
with 64-bit Java on 64-bit windows.
Do you have some details on this? Java Bug ID? Which routine is affected?
In case you have a workaround I can offer to test it.
Why did it not happen in the first run when I did a --read-xml --write-pbf?
Is the problem inside the pbf reader? The xml reader not affected or
sporadic problem?
