can you tell me what exactly the syntax error is? I wrote this tutorial
an used it to set up a productive tile-server as well as a local test
instance using nearly copy'n'pastes commands.
I'm not really familar with the debian packaging process and was vers
happy once it worked. I just copied the commands that made it work into
the wiki, so sorry if they are incomplete or wrong.
If the debuild does not work, why not just do ./configure; make; sudo
make install? This should work on nearly all systems.
