So I was able to get uploading of GPS traces from my Windows Phone 7 working today. I went to the GPS Traces tab and I clicked edit on one and part of the line showed up in red as expected and part showed up with nodes and skinny blue lines. I am not sure why the entire trace did not end up red so I could turn it into a way. I have copied the gpx file to a pastebin if someone wants to take a look.
