I was told from irc that this was reported on the mailing list, but looking at my archives from talk + dev I couldn't find the relevant email thread.
If this was already addressed somewhere else, I apologize for the double post. I've done two planet reloads of late, both times loading using slim mode, both times dropping entire database to ensure a fresh start (though I don't think its necessary). I've tried to render the same area using the python script but what would be the equivalent zoom level doesn't exhibit the same behavior. If I navigate the meta tiles it renders the map like the screenshot below. This used to work in the past, so I'm wondering if there is a known bug, and ideally solution on how to fix this. http://i.imgur.com/Viqyh.png I'm using osm2pgsql to load the database SVN version 0.70.5 and rendered using: /usr/bin/render_list -v --all -n 10 --socket=/var/run/renderd/renderd.sock --min-zoom=0 --max-zoom=13 I'm using the latest shapefile, osm2pgsql is fairly updated. We are using a custom osm.xml stylesheet, but I don't think the large blue polygon over a city is related to the stylesheet. Also, if you zoom in further in, it eventually goes away. The problem seems to only exists at z0-z9, z10+ looks fine. -- -- Samir Faci *insert title* fortune | cowsay -f /usr/share/cows/tux.cow _______________________________________________ dev mailing list [email protected] http://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/dev
