What happens if I use Osmosis to apply a set of changes that are older than the planet file to the planet file? Does Osmosis look at the timestamps and ignore them or does it create a mess? Is it possible to get the timestamp of the planet file in any compressed format without decompressing? Thanks Peter for the pointer to the utility.
