I'll likely just use a Geofabrik extract, since all I need is a subset
of the US, but I'd like to fix the wiki if it's in error.
They're not there at the moment because it was an NFS mount from the
planet server, but that has now been moved to a different site and we
don't want to do an NFS mount over a WAN link.
We will probably setup a local mirror when we get a chance.
