this error comes with the command "freelock" after the import is done.
i wrote "#freelock" and dont get the rm error and hoped the expiry error
would disappear.
but, i still have the tile_expiry_error and dont get any hint at the
expiry.log, because it is empty.

command, which says remove something.
i looked at do-expire.rb, expire.rb and update.rb.
