As intermediate solution, wouldn't it be nearly as good, to link to your website from within JOSM? (Can you cope with possibly high traffic?) Anyway, I think a proper implementation would not only be useful for the license change (which will hopefully be over in the next year or two) but it is also quite nice in order to get an overview of the complete history at a single glance.
