For anyone displaying problems on a map, I would suggest the following
colour coding:
gray or unmarked for severity=none
yellow or unmarked for severity=harmless
orange for severity=normal, version=other (indicates revert but no
complete loss of object)
red for severity=normal, version=first (indicates loss of object)
