Hi,
I've updated the licensechange plugin and I would like all JOSM
users to download the new version. However an older test installation
steadfastly claims that "all plugins are up to date" after I asked it to
update the plugin list. The local version is smaller than the one listed
in http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Plugins - what could I have missed?
