Thank you for asking. I particular, listing the IDs of all elements helped a lot to find the bug. I'm sorry that Overpass API doesn't work correctly.

The area creation on overpass.osm.rambler.ru has got out of sync (it is some days old for now) and will be back on place on Tuesday after I have installed a software update there. I'm pretty sure it has missed the latest edits on relation 1875866. As I encountered the area feature as infrequently used so far, I handled it with lower priority than the core OSM and meta data. For that reason it is always good to ask, because areas get higher priority now. After trouble with the last software update, I update overpass.osm.rambler.ru always with some days delay, because in case of serious faults I could keep the old software there instead avoiding a total blackout. This means the inconvenience that the area bug fix arrives on overpass.osm.rambler.ru with some days delay. The relations themselves look correct so far.
