Over on IRC a Cambodian mapper mentioned this week that the Khmer
script isn't being rendered at all, so none of the local names render.
To be fair that is mostly because our stylesheet only uses two fonts and
neither of them (even Unifont...) includes Khmer characters.
I suggested he open an OSM ticket to request an extra font be added but
also pointed out that there might be other issues after that if Khmer
needs shaping, which I subsequently determined it did.
