Hi, FYI there is already such analyser for France, thanks to osmose tool : http://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/map/?item=7060
Results are still partial (limited to few regions such as Haute-Normandie and Languedoc-Roussillon), as the analyser is running at this very moment.
