There are no IP address, user-agent* or other blocks at http://planet.openstreetmap.org/ You are most definitely not blocked by us. *: Note the robots.txt: http://planet.osm.org/robots.txt The generic disallow is due to many idiotic crawler bots attempting to slurp all our tasty gz / bz2 xml. robots.txt has been unchanged since 2010.
