What exactly do you mean by limitation? The Google Nexus 7 seems cheaper than the Samsung 8600 and has a 7 inch 1280x800 HD display, long battery life, and does provide GPS. However, it does not have support for GSM/3G (you might be able to tether it via Bluetooth). I don't know if there are significant GPS accuracy differences between current devices.
