I found that too, however, I don't think it is the solution. I did run "gem install builder", but I think it was already installed (as it is required for installation of the rails port). I guess the solution "worked" for the person in the wiki as visiting the main page (which he probably did after the install and restart) "fixes" the issue for some time.
