This is with reference to presenting your own ideas for the Google summer of code 2013. I'am a college student who has been working with OSM for about six months now, and I had a couple of good ideas in mind. I was wondering where and when can i share my ideas? Is there a specific irc channel for this purpose? Also in case I want to discuss my project ideas/implementations rather privately with would be mentors, where can i do that? Thanks a lot
