For the last months I have been working on Osmium, the C++ OSM library,
creating a new redesigned version that supports multithreading and is generally
faster, more powerful and easier to use. It is not quite ready for production
use yet, but now (before we have tied down the interfaces) would be a good time
to give it a try and give me some feedback of how it works with your use case
and what you would still need from it.
