This week was dedicated to freehand drawing feature. Prototype implementation is added and working. Every drawing is saved as a list of lists of GeoPoints (so it's a vector image processed via Ramer-Douglas-Peucker simplification algorithm). Drawings do not need to be continuous paths - a drawing is completed when a "Freehand" button is toggled off. Sessions also support drawings, so they are exported to XML as well (as <drawing> elements)
Freehand UI is not very much polished, if friendly at all, so it's a work for future week. Binary build is in github: https://github.com/positron96/opensurveyor/releases/tag/soc-week12
