Hi! Is there a tool to convert JOSM-XML to normal OSM-XML (remove action-tags, make positive IDs, etc.)?
I want to add something to a small extract with JOSM, which I can't upload to OSM. Then I want to render this file with Maperitive, but Maperitive is not able to understand the JOSM-file.
