Hi! I just updated JOSM. Now it want to update the plugins. The download from geotools [1] seems never to finish. It has 12,9 MB. The download speed goes down and down. Now after 24 (!) minutes at 11 MB, the actual downloadrate is 2,4 KB/s and it slows down.
